Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in quality assurance for IT projects, supported by relevant higher education and certifications
• Fluent in Norwegian
• Strong analytical skills for defining testability and usability
• Solid experience in developing and implementing test strategies and plans
• Competence in agile methods and DevOps culture
• Practical experience with support tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
• Experience with AI and eagerness to use it actively in daily work
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Passion for quality and testing as an integrated part of the development process
• Ability to identify and understand needs and wishes of others with a consulting instinct
• Good skills in coordination, planning, structuring, and independence in driving and following up customer contacts
• Proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and frameworks
