Requirements

• Relevant experience with GCP or similar (Azure, AWS)
• Experience working with startups or product teams
• Relevant experience with AI and LLMs
• Relevant experience with low-code technologies
• Experience in Real Estate or Proptech is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian a plus)
• Ability and willingness to learn and improve
• Outstanding core engineering skills including Git, test-driven development, API-driven development, documentation as code, infrastructure as code, identity and security (OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
• Product engineering mindset with accountability, ownership, user engagement, motivation, creativity, teamwork, and speed
