Requirements

  • Solid track record in running and scaling customer support functions in SaaS or tech environments
  • Strong experience in customer support and success across the full customer journey
  • Ability to structure and lead support organizations from 1st line to service delivery
  • Data-driven and execution-oriented with prioritization skills
  • Strong people leadership fostering accountability and energy
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
  • Knowledge of Retail & Wholesale sector is a plus
  • Strategic drive with hands-on leadership in change management
