Join PLAATO as a Technical Support Specialist in Oslo, working hybrid part-time (3 days/week) starting Q4 2025. Provide empathetic tech support for IoT products used by breweries worldwide. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and integrations while collaborating with engineering for continuous improvement. Ideal for those passionate about customer success in a growing tech startup.

Requirements

  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed
  • Fluent or Native English
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical curiosity
  • Comfortable working with connected devices, mobile apps, and cloud services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using support tools like HubSpot Service Hub (desirable)
  • Familiarity with IoT connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, sensors, APIs) (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of brewing, fermentation, or related industries (desirable)
  • Additional languages are advantageous
