Requirements
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of technical experience/familiarity with observability, reliability, or production excellence domains (e.g., monitoring, tracing, incident management)
- Strong product management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across technical and business teams
- Proven ability to define vision and strategy, set clear priorities, and deliver measurable impact
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics, dashboards, or SQL to support decision-making
- Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
- Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Energetic, curious, and proactive—the drive to “figure things out” and make meaningful improvements
- Full relocation to Bangkok, Thailand required
