Requirements
- Health education at minimum bachelor's level
- Minimum 5 years experience using Electronic Patient Journal (EPJ)
- Minimum 2 years experience in EPJ application management
- Experience working in the health sector
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian at C1 level
- Further education in health informatics/ICT is an advantage
- Knowledge of privacy and information security
- Familiarity with ITIL framework is an advantage
- Independent, initiative-taking, and structured
- Good collaboration skills
- Service-oriented with strong customer focus
