Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Experience in customer service or technical support
  • Preferably experience with SaaS solutions or e-mobility
  • Fluent communication in Norwegian and English (Swedish a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot training provided)
  • Service-oriented, solution-focused, structured, reliable, self-driven
  • High work capacity, ability to prioritize, takes initiative
  • Interest in technology, social and approachable
