Requirements

Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a good academic record
Fluent in English
No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience
Completed at least two years of higher education before the internship starts
At least one year of higher education left after the internship ends
Identify with Equinor's values: open, collaborative, courageous, and caring
Contribute to safety and security, adapt to change, and embrace new technology
Global mindset and ability to work in multicultural environments
Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage
Valid work permit for Norway; no relocation support provided
