Join Sperton Norway as a Service Designer in Oslo to lead the development of innovative 5G Slice-based products for enterprise and mission-critical clients. Craft service blueprints, roadmaps, and customer journeys in collaboration with technical teams. Ideal for experts in telecom service design, IoT solutions, and cross-functional facilitation. Contract until June 2026 with office-based work in Fornebu/Oslo.

Requirements
- Experience with service design in complex B2B or telecom environments
- Ability to facilitate and anchor processes in cross-functional teams including leaders and technical staff
- Strong business understanding and ability to translate insights into strategic directions
- Experience with value propositions, customer journeys, concept development, and service blueprint
- Knowledge of enterprise and/or mission critical markets is advantageous
- Outgoing, network-building, and collaboration-oriented personality
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken
- Experience from telecom or fixed network is a plus
