Requirements
- At least 7 years experience in business development, partnerships or strategic sales
- Documented results from complex sales processes
- Experience from both large companies and innovation/scaleup environments
- Ability to translate insights into commercial opportunities and concrete deliveries
- Understanding of value measurement and results through simple indicators
- Experience with developing and testing new services, programs or learning formats
- Preferably background from consulting, venture studio, corporate innovation or scale-up targeting enterprise
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, written and oral
- Experience with or curiosity about AI tools and automation in daily work
