Requirements

  • At least 7 years experience in business development, partnerships or strategic sales
  • Documented results from complex sales processes
  • Experience from both large companies and innovation/scaleup environments
  • Ability to translate insights into commercial opportunities and concrete deliveries
  • Understanding of value measurement and results through simple indicators
  • Experience with developing and testing new services, programs or learning formats
  • Preferably background from consulting, venture studio, corporate innovation or scale-up targeting enterprise
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, written and oral
  • Experience with or curiosity about AI tools and automation in daily work
