Requirements
- 7+ years in software architecture/engineering, including event- or domain modeling and distributed systems
- Proven experience designing event-driven systems (events, streams, sagas) and well-versioned APIs
- Hands-on with container orchestration and cloud (Azure and Orange) and modern IaC (Terraform/Pulumi)
- Strong background in .NET/C# or similar, plus one additional language (e.g., Python/TypeScript)
- Deep understanding of reliability (SLOs, error budgets), observability, and incident-ready operations
- Product-minded: translate field reality into simple, maintainable models
- Clear conceptual thinker with ability to translate complex thoughts into simple schematics
- Pragmatic and systematic: comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and iterating safely
- Clear communication writing and diagrams; able to align diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in Norwegian and English; eligible for Norwegian security clearance
