Requirements

  • Experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions
  • Background working with construction clients (byggherrer)
  • Structured and proactive approach
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset
  • Ability to challenge and uncover client needs professionally
  • Skilled in communicating and negotiating at decision-maker level
  • Solid business understanding and technical interest
  • Willingness to travel throughout Norway
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages are a plus
