Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or product management, or engineering
- Experience with robotics, automation, or complex product development is advantageous
- Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects
- PMP certification is a plus
- Expertise in Waterfall (Gate Model) methodologies
- Familiarity in Agile methodologies considered an advantage
- Ability to travel to AutoStore facilities in Norway 2–3 times per month
