Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or customer experience within SaaS, fintech, or tech companies
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Payments, or Finance SaaS is a strong plus
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and launches in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and generate buy-in across stakeholder groups
- Strong skills in storytelling, messaging, and creating engaging product and sales content
- A data- and insights-driven mindset, with the ability to translate research into actionable strategy
- Creative and structured, with a focus on delivering tangible business results
- Full proficiency in English
- Located in the Nordics (ideally in Oslo) and ideally fluent in Norwegian
