Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator, with at least 3 years in Azure environments
- Strong knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, SQL Server on Azure VMs, and Elastic pool configurations
- Strong performance tuning skills including indexing, execution plans, and wait statistics
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory required
- Experience with performance tuning, high-availability configurations, and disaster recovery
- Proficiency in T-SQL, PowerShell, and scripting for automation and task orchestration
- Familiarity with Azure tools: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Automation, and Azure Security Center
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products
- Microsoft certification (e.g., Azure Database Administrator Associate) is a plus
- Experience supporting Entity Framework (EF/Core) in .NET applications is a plus
