Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with pricing and/or underwriting in property and casualty insurance
- Master's degree in statistics, actuarial science, engineering, or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as SQL, Databricks/Python, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel
- Professional fluency in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish)
- Strong analytical skills combined with commercial insight and risk understanding
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in data-driven decision making, even with incomplete information
