Job Description

Seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist in Oslo for Cure IT Solutions. Deliver hands-on technical assistance for Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and mobile devices (iOS/Android). Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, networks, and conference equipment. Manage incidents via ServiceNow, deploy software with SCCM, and adhere to ITIL best practices. Full-time, 1-year contract (extendable). Requires B2-C1 Norwegian and fluent English skills. Requirements

  • B2-C1 level Norwegian proficiency
  • Fluent English
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365, and Teams

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
