Requirements
- Local candidate in Oslo, Norway
- Good proficiency in Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages
- Expertise in Mobile Core network architecture (3GPP releases/GSMA/IETF standards)
- Experience with Mobile Network functions across 5G SA/NSA and 4G EPC
- Knowledge of interfaces with adjacent systems in mobile operator environments
- Operations and development of core network nodes such as UPF/PGW/GGSN, SDM/HSS/HLR, PCF/PCRF
- Operations of signaling functions such as DRA/STP/SEP
- Operations of container platforms for Network Functions (e.g., Nokia Cloud Platform or RedHat OpenShift)
- Technical vendor management, including feature requirements
- Familiarity with protocols like Diameter, Radius, and HTTP
- Solution-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
