Requirements
- Relevant education in IT or equivalent experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud security, and/or Kubernetes
- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management and Principle of Least Privilege
- Familiarity with Git, Bash/PowerShell, Terraform/Bicep, or programming languages
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Leadership experience and ability to set direction and motivate teams
- Solution-oriented and curious about new technology
- Thrives with responsibility and 'you build it, you run it' mentality
- Norwegian citizenship and affiliation to Norway required
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English written and oral
