Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as IT specialist or comparable education
- 2-3 years of on-site IT support experience
- Initial professional experience in IT support in a service-oriented international environment
- In-depth knowledge in hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, networks, server administration, and Microsoft products (Windows 10, Windows Server, Mac OS, MS Office, Cloud File Share)
- Experience communicating technical concepts to management and staff
- Strong service and customer orientation
- High-quality standards, self-initiative, and responsibility
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Coordination, organization, improvisation, and solution-oriented approach
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, tact, and patience in stress
