Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship as IT specialist or comparable education
  • 2-3 years of on-site IT support experience
  • Initial professional experience in IT support in a service-oriented international environment
  • In-depth knowledge in hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, networks, server administration, and Microsoft products (Windows 10, Windows Server, Mac OS, MS Office, Cloud File Share)
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to management and staff
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • High-quality standards, self-initiative, and responsibility
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Coordination, organization, improvisation, and solution-oriented approach
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, tact, and patience in stress
  • Willingness to learn and advance IT knowledge
  • Team player with respect for others
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Follow procedures and standards
