Requirements

  • Operational experience from IT operations and at least 3 years in leadership roles
  • Experience with ITIL framework and implementing best practices
  • Background in process optimization and automation of services
  • Experience in leading and developing technical teams
  • Knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, end-user computing, and enterprise technology
  • Natural ability to motivate and engage employees to take ownership
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Experience working in large complex organizations with stakeholder management and cross-border relations
