Requirements
- Operational experience from IT operations and at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Experience with ITIL framework and implementing best practices
- Background in process optimization and automation of services
- Experience in leading and developing technical teams
- Knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, end-user computing, and enterprise technology
- Natural ability to motivate and engage employees to take ownership
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Experience working in large complex organizations with stakeholder management and cross-border relations
