Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- More than 10 years of leadership experience within IT, with proven results in strategic planning, digital transformation, and project management
- A good understanding of the FMCG/Food & Beverage sector
- Broad experience in areas such as cybersecurity, business applications, data analytics/AI, data governance, and digital workplaces
- Strong communication skills, a natural ability to inspire engagement, and a drive for change
- Fluency in English, knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantage
