Requirements
- University/college degree in technology and/or economics, minimum bachelor's level (relevant experience can compensate)
- Experience with development and management of IT systems
- Good competence and experience with HR and payroll systems based on Unit4 ERP or equivalent
- Experience working with information security and privacy
- Experience in preparing, quality assuring, and structuring information and documentation
- Experience with supplier follow-up and building good relationships
- Experience with customer follow-up and understanding customer needs
- Good written and oral presentation skills, including in English
- Experience from project and improvement work is an advantage
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks structured and independently
- Collaboration-oriented with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge-oriented, eager to tackle new technical and business challenges
- Good listening skills and empathy for end-user situations
