Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a project or program manager in IT and digitalization, preferably from public and private sectors
- Documented experience building or leading project management teams
- Established network in the public sector preferred
- Higher education at bachelor's or master's level in IT, economics, management, or equivalent
- Relevant certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe advantageous
- Experience with both agile and traditional project methods
- Thrives as a link between technology, business, and strategy
- Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written
