Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven success in B2B software sales, ideally within the commercial/mid-market segment
- Experience with a consultative, solution-oriented, and/or challenger sales approach
- Track record in full-cycle sales (from prospecting through to close)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident across phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex buying processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce, G Suite or equivalent tools
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish)
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and resilient — thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
