Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in economics, procurement, law, or project management
- Solid experience in planning, conducting, and leading large procurement processes, preferably public and in IT category
- Experience leading cross-functional procurement teams, process management, and negotiations
- Procurement expertise and commercial understanding
- Good knowledge of Norwegian public procurement laws (LOA and FOA)
- Familiarity with SSA usage
- Excellent written and oral communication in Norwegian and English
- Clean criminal record and suitability for police service; security clearance to SECRET level required
