Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business sales within large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees)
  • Strategic approach to enterprise sales cycles, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making processes
  • Experience in data backup, recovery, or similar SaaS/IT infrastructure solutions is a plus, but not a must
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and how to work effectively with Norwegian partners is beneficial
  • Skilled in building long-term, trust-based relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
