Requirements

  • Strong B2B SaaS/Software solution sales expertise with 5+ years track record in new business acquisition
  • Ability to navigate enterprise organizations, identify stakeholders, and build sales pipelines
  • Knowledge and curiosity towards technical solutions, especially integration technology
  • Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, ideally iPaaS
  • Fluent in high-impact SaaS sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales
  • Great communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes conversations
  • Superb listening skills to understand customer pain points with a value-based mindset
  • Native Norwegian and professional English (verbal and written)
  • Living in Norway with a valid work permit
  • Occasional travel for customer meetings and events
