Requirements
- Passionate about developing and growing people with a strong track record
- Knowledgeable and passionate about software development
- 3+ years of experience leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers
- Experience managing distributed teams is a plus
- Focused on success and timely delivery of high-quality software
- Experience in an agile development environment
- Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or similar
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills in English
- Experience with a modern GNU/Linux distribution, preferably Debian or Ubuntu
- Practical experience with at least one of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Amazon Web Services
