Requirements

  • Technical degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in managerial or team leadership within software development
  • Experience with software development, e.g. C++ or Rust
  • Understanding and knowledge of secure coding practices, performance tuning, and building robust, resilient systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based technology and infrastructure, involved in bringing cloud products to market
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset thriving in creating solutions that support the organization and team
  • Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing technical teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong analytical approach to complex challenges
