Job Description

Seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer in Oslo for Teck Pals. Deliver first and second-level IT support, troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, manage hardware and printers, collaborate with vendors on AV issues, and maintain tickets in a flexible project environment. Full-time B2B role with 3800 EUR/month gross and immediate start. Fluency in Norwegian and English required.

Requirements

  • Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues
  • Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber
  • Basic knowledge of Mac operating system
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
  • Perform preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers
  • Use diagnostic tools for network connectivity and hardware/software problems
  • Broad IT experience with understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms
  • Ability to work in a project-based environment with flexibility and teamwork
  • Language fluency in Norwegian and English
