Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- At least two years of relevant experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Hands-on experience with ML Ops tools and production-grade machine learning workflows
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or intelligent agent technologies (advantage)
- Solid experience in data handling, data modeling, and working with large datasets
- Norwegian language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Curious, innovative, and eager to learn
- Capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
