Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Cybernetics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis
• Demonstrated success in leading or contributing to multiple end-to-end data science projects
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and related libraries
• Experience with big data processing, model deployment, and production-level ML applications
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and provide data-driven perspectives
• Passion for building elegant, simple solutions that drive measurable impact
• Must be based in the Oslo area, Norway
