Requirements
- Degree level education
- English and Maths GCSE strong pass grades
- 3 A Level Qualifications Or Equivalent
- Previous successful experience working with large datasets and producing meaningful analytics
- Previous successful experience as a Data Manager in a school setting or working with educational datasets
- Previous experience of using Bromcom or alternative school MIS at an advanced level
- Experience of submitting school census
- Experience of working with post 16 datasets
- Flexibility to participate in school events which may be outside the normal working day
- To acquaint yourself with the school’s policies, and follow procedures and guidelines
- Absolute commitment to Trust operating norms and the Trust mission
- Able to build strong professional relationships with colleagues at all levels; building credibility and earning thoughtful followship
- A disposition for learning, willing to listen and self-aware; not taking self too seriously and considering the differing views of others
