Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in UX Design, with deep expertise in design thinking methodologies
- Proven leadership experience, with a focus on empowering and developing teams
- Formal education in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Skilled in working with Figma design libraries and experienced in implementing design systems
- Good understanding of accessibility principles and experience in designing inclusive, accessible user experiences
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute complex projects/design needs while ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders across functions and levels
- Understanding of business needs, with the ability to translate them into concrete requirements and effective design solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
- A passion for fostering a culture of well-being, professional development, and continuous learning
