Requirements
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and meeting sales targets in Business Development in LMR, wireless or Telecommunications environment
- High level customer engagement skills, able to reach out to all seniority levels
- Ideally experience in Government sales as well as other critical markets (transport, mining, utilities, military)
- Proven ability to engage in the end user environment with diverse customer needs
- Ability to present to high level management on sales strategies and initiatives
- Ability to present at industry and Sepura events, articulating strategy and vision
- Outgoing and approachable manner
- Available for local and international travel
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities
- Exceptional communications skills
- Confident public speaker and presenter
- Fluent in English, preferably other regional languages
- Full, clean driving licence, own car, and valid passport
