Requirements
- Master's degree in economics or socio-economics

- Operational experience with benefits realization including mapping, baseline measurements, calculations, and follow-up
- Comprehensive experience with data modeling and visualization in Power BI
- Experience establishing measurements and using governance data in complex organizations
- Good understanding of interplay between work processes and technological solutions
- Analytical skills to break down complex problems
- Experience in product development environments with knowledge of agile methods
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, visual)
