Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering (electrical, automation, chemistry, process, mechanical, mechatronics) or informatics/IT
  • Knowledge and experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, industrial information and communication technology, and system integration
  • Competence to contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and R&D projects in industrial automation
  • Experience with teaching and/or supervision in higher education or equivalent level
  • Experience from collaboration with or direct experience in relevant industry
  • Educational competence in accordance with OsloMet's guidelines
  • Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian/Swedish/Danish (minimum B2 level) and English
  • Willingness to learn Norwegian to B2 level within three years if not proficient
