Requirements
- Relevant higher education, preferably bachelor's level; extensive experience in information/document management can substitute
- Experience from public sector and with case processing/document management systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of laws regulating archives and case processing, including NOARK
- Experience in system development and integration for archives/documents, including digitalization and automation (e.g., RPA, automatic document capture)
- Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian
- Ability to obtain security clearance for SECRET/NATO
- Strong leadership qualities
- Project management experience (advantageous)
