Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ICT or equivalent in telecom, data, or electronics
- Genuine technical interest and desire to learn
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Service-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Experience with Windows server environments, installation, and troubleshooting of applications on MS Server and IIS
- Basic knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure including firewalls and load balancing
- Familiarity with SQL and PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of Wireshark or similar tools for LAN/WLAN is advantageous
- Experience with medical technical equipment is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills and ability to write reports
- Analytical, structured, and quality-conscious
- Good collaborator who is independent and meets deadlines
- Quick learner with interest in technical and IT subjects
- Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English (written and spoken)
