- Ability to work according to SDLC/SCRUM methodologies
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- High motivation, commitment, and ability to work independently
- Experience with other ESM solutions like IBM Tivoli or BMC Remedy (desired)
- Knowledge of infrastructure and application monitoring solutions (desired)
