Requirements
- Relevant education, preferably as actuary, civil engineer, statistician, or in mathematics, mathematical economics, or insurance economics
- Strong ability to develop and manage reserve and profitability models
- Understanding of how reserving affects other parts of an insurance company
- Programming skills, preferably in Python, R, SAS, SQL, and VBA
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Good knowledge of Norwegian
- Curiosity, independence, and strong pedagogical and communicative abilities
- Strong ambition and personal drive
