Requirements
- Master's degree in relevant field (economics, technology, leadership, or social sciences); Bachelor with relevant experience may compensate
- Solid experience leading complex projects or programs, including digitalization projects
- Consultant experience with public sector assignments is relevant
- Good understanding of state governance and organization
- Experience with projects following the State's project model is desirable
- Experience in strategic development and change management in large organizations
- Experience with customer- and user-oriented development work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Norwegian
