Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, support, or system management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, roles, profiles, reports, dashboards, and permissions
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
- Exposure to Apex and API integrations
- Ability to support and troubleshoot integrations with Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, and other sales/customer success tools
- Experience managing data within Salesforce, including importing/exporting data, deduplication, and validation
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach
- Eagerness to develop advanced Salesforce skills
