Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in growth engineering or similar role in PLG environment
- Strong technical skills in web development, automation tools, and data analysis
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML (minimum 5 years)
- Experience with integrations like Stripe, Copper, Mailchimp, Zapier
- Ability to design and execute growth experiments; strong analytical skills
- Experience with PHP, preferably Laravel
- Experience developing accessible and responsive solutions
- Experience with peer reviewing
- Willingness to take ownership of projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tromsø or Oslo, Norway
