Requirements
- Long experience with ERP systems
- Ability to lead processes and teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of ERP modules including HR, Finance, Resource Management, Document, and Maintenance
- Deep knowledge in one or more ERP areas preferred
- Ability to understand and improve work processes through technology
- Basic technical understanding including SQL and query tools
- Experience with IFS, mobile applications, and integrations with financial systems (payroll, bank, etc.) is advantageous
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, written and spoken
- Responsible, engaged, high execution ability, and strong interaction skills
