Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a consultancy company or in a strategic Enterprise/CSM role
  • Ability to quickly understand complex corporate client workflows
  • Commercially sharp and able to communicate with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Expansion)
  • Structured and analytical, with ability to own the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Highly motivated by building strategic processes and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Based in Oslo
