Requirements
- Experience in data science, applied AI, or product prototyping, ideally with exposure to media or content environments
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI models, LLMs, generative AI tools, or open-source AI projects
- Ability to code and prototype lightweight integrations (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) to test AI capabilities in real workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and run experiments, evaluate results, and iterate quickly
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, development, and UX teams
- Exposure to newsroom operations or content production workflows is a plus
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
