Requirements
- Relevant master's level education or bachelor's with substantial relevant experience
- Solid experience in improvement work and process development through digitalization
- Experience from change and modernization of work processes, preferably in public sector
- Strong skills in process, flow, and continuous improvement
- Good understanding of public administration, operations, and roles
- Understanding of how digital opportunities translate into new ways of solving tasks
- Experience with professional leadership, preferably related to process development
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English

- Salary range 1,050,000 - 1,200,000 NOK annually (gross)
