Requirements
- Define, maintain, and socialize engineering standards including coding, branching, reviews, and documentation

- Embed secure-by-design practices, code scanning, SAST, and secrets management
- Coach digital workstream teams, run guilds, and deliver playbooks/training
- Collaborate with architects to ensure designs conform to reference architectures
- Collect feedback, analyze metrics like DORA/flow, and iterate standards/tooling
- Deep knowledge in modern practices: microservices, EDA, DDD, DevSecOps, CI/CD
- Experience in secure software lifecycle management and toolchain operations
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
- 8+ years leading software development teams or overseeing enterprise standards
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and change leadership skills
